Dante's First Trial Held, Tamara Tyasmara Hopes YA Is Sentenced To Life
JAKARTA - The inaugural trial of the death of celebrity son Tamara Tyasmara was held on Thursday, July 4 at the East Jakarta District Court. Unfortunately in this inaugural trial, Tamara Tyasmara was not present.
Even so, Tamara Tyasmara said she was happy because the legal process against Yudha Arfandi alias YA, who is a suspect in the murder of Dante, had entered the trial stage.
"Alhamdulillah, I am happy that I finally got arrested by the trial. I will fight for justice for Dante. Especially for Article 340. I really want to fight for that article," said Tamara Tyasmara when contacted, Friday, July 5.
Furthermore, Tamara hopes that this trial can be held transparently and fairly. She also rejected that this trial was held behind closed doors as stated by the judge.
"Hopefully the judges and prosecutors will provide justice for us as fairly as possible and everything is transparent," said Tamara Tyasmara.
"And the hope is again, I as Dante's mother want the trial to be conducted openly," he added.

For the punishment for YA herself, Tamara said she hoped that YA could get the death penalty or life imprisonment.
Not without reason, considering that her son should have a future as Tamara Tyasmara's main reason for wanting her ex-lover to be punished as severely as possible.
"Yes, this is death or life because he has killed my son who should still have a future," he said.
