New Album Completed, Cradle Of Filth Will Release First Single In October
JAKARTA - The vocalist of Cradle of Filth, Dani Filth revealed that the band's new album has been completed. As an opening, they will launch their first single in early October this year.
"The new angle will be released in early October before our European tour. So, the new single before the album is released, I think it's the end of February," Dani Filth said during a recent interview with TotalRock.
The new band album from Suflokk, England is known to present Ex Sheeran as a collaborator. When it was first revealed last May, various responses emerged looking forward to the collaboration.
"We've finished our (collaborative) song with Ed Sheeran, although it might be released on a new album special edition. But I can't talk much more about it," Filth said.
"The album we started last July, and our record company said, 'Why did you take so long?' It was like, 'Well, because we were on tour'. We started the album, and then we really went on tour for two months. So, yes, we were very busy."

Speaking further about the material presented on the new album, Filth said there would be a different impression felt, even though it was produced by the same producer as the previous album.
"This is progress from the last record. The value of the production is the same, the producer is the same, although we always approach it from different ways, so it sounds very different.. I can't talk about it too far because whatever I say, it doesn't really justify or provide justice for the traces in it," said Filth.
For information, the Cradle of Filth released last year's Trouble And Their Double Lives' album. The material from this album is taken from their 2014-2019 world tour. This album not only contains listeners' favorite songs, but also two new songs entitled "She Is A Fire" and "Demon Prince Regent".
