BLBI Task Force Pockets IDR 38.2 Trillion Capai Assets
JAKARTA - The Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI Task Force) until July 5, 2024, has succeeded in pocketing BLBI obligor/debtor assets of IDR 38.2 trillion.
"Until now, the acquisition of the BLBI Task Force has reached Rp. 38.2 trillion," said Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menkopolkam) as well as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the BLBI Task Force, Hadi Tjahjanto at the Press Conference, Friday, July 5.
Therefore, the BLBI Task Force will continue to pursue the remaining state bills to obligors/debtors amounting to Rp72.25 trillion of the total amounting to Rp110.45 trillion.
Hadi conveyed that the type of asset confiscated by the BLBI Task Force was in the form of non-tax state revenue (PNBP) to the state treasury amounting to Rp1.5 trillion.
Furthermore, in the form of confiscation of goods, either collateral or other assets covering an area of 19,366,503 square meters or equivalent to Rp17.7 trillion.
Then in the form of controlling property assets covering an area of 20,857,892 square meters or equivalent to Rp9.1 trillion.
Next in the form of PSP and Grants to K/L and local governments (Pemda) covering an area of 3,826,909 square meters or equivalent to Rp5.9 trillion.
Finally, in the form of Non-cash State Capital Participation (PMN) of IDR 3.7 trillion with an area of 670,837 square meters.

Meanwhile, the BLBI Task Force has carried out a series of strategies, programs, and activities for returning collection rights to the state with efforts to collect obligors/debtors and handle property assets which are carried out in stages and measurably.
However, President Jokowi has extended the working period of the BLBI Task Force until December 31, 2024 based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2023 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Decree Number 6 of 2021 concerning the Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Funds.
