Indonesia Becomes A Hacker Target, Now It's The Turn Of Kominfo Data To Leak On The Dark Web
JAKARTA - The Indonesian government seems to be a target for hackers. After data from several Ministries/Institutions were previously suspected of being leaked, now it's the turn of data from the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.
Based on a post uploaded by user X @FalconFedsio, data from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics is suspected of being leaked on illegal sites.

"Sold Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Data. Leaked by: aptikakominf in BreachForums," the account wrote on Tuesday, July 2 at around 00.40 in the morning
The data shared includes personal data, software license security systems, and contract documents from the National Data Center (PDN) from 2021 to 2024, and selling for 121,000 US dollars (Rp1.98 billion).
To prove the authenticity of the data, the hacker also provides a sample, which includes a software license, Population Identification Number (NIK), bank account details and bank number.
When this article was created, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics had not commented on anything when contacted by VOI.
Previously, data from several agencies in Indonesia was also suspected of being leaked. Among them are the Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS), the Indonesian Auto Finger Sidik (INAFIS) of the National Police, data from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and many more.
