President Jokowi Meeting With Ministers To Discuss Transferring ASN To IKN
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo held a limited meeting with the ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet to discuss preparations for the transfer of state civil servants to the capital city of the archipelago (IKN) in the near future.
Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Agus Harimurto Yudhoyono was seen visiting the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, at around 13.25 WIB, Monday, July 1.
"The limited meeting with the President is about plans or preparations for the transfer of ASN to IKN. So, that's what I know, later we will hear what the details of the discussion are," Agus said as quoted by ANTARA.
Agus explained that the Minister for Administrative Reform of the Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anas had also entered the Palace area and would explain the transfer of the ASN.
A number of other ministers who attended the limited meeting (ratas) included Minister of National Development Planning Suharso Monoarfa and Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani.
Previously, the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anas said that the transfer of ASN to the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) was carried out in stages from this year until 2029 through three priorities.
"The transfer of ASN is carried out jointly with all ministries with three priorities. Not certain ministries that move first, but all ministries move gradually," said Anas some time ago.

The total number of ASNs who moved to IKN gradually was 32,937 people, consisting of the first priority transfer with 179 echelon I officials at 38 ministries/agencies with 11,016 ASNs moving.
For the second priority transfer, it involved 91 units of echelon II officials in 29 ministries/agencies, namely the number of ASN who moved to IKN as many as 6,884 employees.
While the third transfer priority involves 378 echelon III units in 50 ministries/agencies, with the number of ASNs moving to IKN as many as 14,237 people.
