2 Police Injured, Suspect Killed In Shooting At Iowa

JAKARTA - Two policemen were injured, while one suspect was killed in a shooting near a park in Waterloo, Iowa, United States.

It is unclear how the violence occurred on Sunday, June 30 morning. As reported by ABC News, Monday, July 1, State Special Agent for the Criminal Investigation Division Mike Krapfl said the shooting case was being investigated.

The police previously followed up on reports of an armed man in the neighborhood. The shooting took place along the main road adjacent to Sullivan Park in Waterloo, Krapfl said.

The two injured officers were taken to a local hospital. Krapfl admitted that he did not know their condition. While the male suspect died, he said.

DCI Iowa is investigating the shooting.
