Equipped With Snapdragon 888, Xiaomi Mi 11 Is Sold For IDR 9.9 Million
JAKARTA - Xiaomi has officially brought its newest flagship mobile phone, Mi 11 to Indonesia. This brand-new smartphone is priced at IDR 9.999.000.
This smartphone is powered by Qualcomm's latest chipset, the Snapdragon 888 with a 5nm fabrication. Qualcomm claims the new 5nm chip has good GPU performance because it uses the new Cortex-X1 ARM cores.
"Mi 11 is the first flagship in Indonesia to use Snapdragon 888", said Country Director of Xiaomi Indonesia, Alvin Tse in a written statement, Wednesday, March 16.
The Snapdragon 888 chipset has also been integrated with a 5G modem. Xiaomi also carries a new 6.81-inch AMOLED screen with Quad HD 3200 x 1440 resolution for the Mi 11.
The screen also supports a 120 Hz refresh rate, 480 Hz touch sampling, and the highest brightness level reaches 1500 nits. Xiaomi claims the touch sampling rate is the highest ever in the mobile industry.
"The 480 touch sampling rate gives you extreme precision and speed when it comes to touch and swipe. Perfect for gaming in my opinion", said Alvin Tse, Country Director of Xiaomi Indonesia at the online launch event for Mi 11 broadcast via the Xiaomi Indonesia YouTube channel.

The body of the Mi 11 is also slimmer than the previous generation with a thickness of 8.06 millimeters, or 0.9 millimeters thinner than the previous cellphone. Xiaomi presents a triple rear camera configuration, each in the form of a 108MP main lens, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP telemacro lens. While the front camera has a 20MP lens.
Another feature that the Mi 11 brings is the in-display fingerprint scanner which is also capable of scanning the heartbeat and the full range stereo speakers concocted by Harman Kardon.
For connectivity, this flagship cellphone supports 5G, USB-C, WiFi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.2 networks. Mi 11 runs the Android 11 operating system which is coated with the MIUI 12.5 interface.
