After David Ellefson's Depak, Megadeth Reportedly Starts Cooking New Music
JAKARTA - A band like Megadeth with a mature age cannot be separated from internal conflicts. Absorbing the past time their bassist, David Ellefson was kicked out of the group because of his behavior outside.
David is said to have carried out rooming for minors. His feud with Megadeth went viral, until finally the news he was fired circulated to the surface.
Now the metal trash band is ready to step on the gas again. With the entry of James LoMenzo as a substitute, the move on became the path they took.
LoMenzo said via Blabbermouth that Megadeth was back actively making new works. There will be some musical works they are cooking recently.

"We've had a chat with Dave (Mustaline) every day. Dave really wants to make a new song with something refreshing," he said.
LoMenzo also said he actually wanted to take part in the recording with Megadeth since the song The Sick, The Dying and The Dead. But when he heard the news, the bass part was already done by Steve Di Giagio from the Testament band.
Megadeth is still actively performing at various events and festivals, including Hellfest 2024 which will take place today, June 27. The event features a series of gacoan lineups such as Simple Plan, The Offspring to Babymetal.
