Shooting In Las Vegas Kills 5 People, Perpetrators Suicide When Ambushed By Police
JAKARTA - A man shot dead five people and injured a 13-year-old teenager in an apartment near Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The perpetrator committed suicide in a police ambush.
The North Las Vegas Police Department said the shooter's suspect, Eric Adams, 47, committed suicide on Tuesday, June 25, when he was confronted by officers at his home.
Authorities have been looking for him since Monday, June 24, in a separate apartment unit.
Police said they initially found two women dead while investigating reports of shootings in apartments in North Las Vegas. One of them is in their 40s and the other is in their 50s, according to the department.

As officers conducted an investigation, the department said, they received information that a teenage girl was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds to critical.
Officers later found the bodies of two women in their 20s. The five victims have been shot, police said.
From this incident, the police searched for Adams who was described as armed and dangerous.
The police also found the perpetrator in the North Las Vegas settlement. During the ambush, the perpetrator chose to commit suicide after running to avoid being chased by officers.
