Accompanied By Dedi Mulyadi, The Family Of The Convict In The Vina Case Reported The Head Of The RT Regarding Allegations Of False Information

The families of the convicts of the murder cases of Vina and Muhammad Rizky alias Eky who were accompanied by Gerindra Party politician, Dedi Mulyadi, came to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. They will complain about the alleged provision of false information.

The party to be complained about is Abdul Pasren who is the Head of RT 2 RW 10, Karyamulya Village, Kesambi District, Cirebon City when the Vina murder case occurred.

"They came here to test the truth, the test was that in the 2016 court decision there was a decision stating that Aminah's mother fell on the lap of Mr. RT Pasren asking Mr. RT Pasren to lie by luring him who was then accompanied by a lawyer," said Dedi to reporters, Tuesday, June 25.

In fact, Dedi said that the stories conveyed by the families of the convicts never touched the head of the RT.

However, they came to RT Pasren and asked him to tell the truth. With the aim that all the facts in the murder case of Vina and Eki are open in the trial process.

"They didn't have any of that incident, they and their families came to Mr. RT Pasreb to ask Mr. RT Pasren to tell the truth, tell the truth, that's what they said," he said.

"No one of them sitting on the lap there is a lump under Mr. RT Pasren's feet because Mr. RT pasrem is sitting in a chair," continued Dedi.

Dedi also said that this incident could be proven or strengthened by the testimony of a witness who was the head of the RW in the 2016 period.

"Which is the most correct of all the statements, and the whole truth will be tested at the National Police Headquarters, who is right, Mr. RT Pasren who said the children of the convicts who are now languishing in prison do not sleep at their homes, or they sleep at their homes," said Dedi.

Meanwhile, the attorney for the family of the convict in the Vina Cirebon case, Roelly Pangabean, has prepared several pieces of evidence that will be attached to the report.

"We have prepared evidence in the form of witnesses, then statements, then court decisions, and also electronic evidence in the form of videos that we will later convey to investigators," said Roelly.
