Harry Kane Jokes About Moving To Club Division Of Seven Germany
JAKARTA - Harry Kane joked with a local comedian, Jona Greiner, during an interview session ahead of the England vs Slovenia match on Monday, June 24, 2024.
The comedian who represented broadcaster MDR Jump initially asked Kane about the area where the England team lived, namely the Weimarer Land Resort in BLAnkenhain.
However, Greiner then directed an offer whether Kane was willing to join a small club, Germany's Seven Division, named SG Lauscha/Neuhaus, which is located not far from England's Euro 2024 hotel.
Greiner further said Kane could eat sausages without limits and drink free at all bars if he wanted to join the club.
The question is clearly not serious but intermeso. Kane also responded with liquid and joking.
"Can you imagine staying here one day? Do you want to stay? We have a division seven team you may have heard of, SG Lauscha/Neuhaus."
"They have a contract offer for you. You get all free sausages, free drinks at every bar, and mindestlohn (minimum wages)."
"You'll have more time for the national team. If you want, I'll have your jersey here," Greiner said while showing neon's neon SG Lauscha/Neuhaus yellow jersey.

Kane greeted him with a laugh in the press conference room. Then, he replied as if the offer was serious.
"Preparation is very good. I have to talk to my agent and see what we can do!"
"However, you have a good golf course. I mean, the golf course we live in (Weimarer Land Resort) is very good, so it's not a bad added value."
"It's been amazing. You know, the welcome I received was not only here, but across Germany it was incredible. I think since I moved to Bayern Munich, I've added a lot of support to me."
"Every hotel we've visited so far and only around stadiums and everything, the support is incredible. So, I just want to say thank you for that."
"I don't know if I thought of moving here one day, but we appreciate those of you who accept us," Kane said.
Kane and Greiner's joke then ended with a sign on the SG Lauscha/Neuhaus jersey.
While Kane signed the jersey, Greiner is still continuing his joke. He remained persistent in inviting Kane to mention that SG Lauscha/Neuhaus was more successful than Bayern Munich last season.
"Kane can be a good player in the team. We don't have Jude Bellingham, but we have a lot of players who can drink the night and the next day they play."
"They still control the ball even though they drank 15 glasses of beer the day before. I think it's a high level of pressure they can overcome."
"It would be a great game if there were professional players who could score goals so other players could drink 17 glasses of beer the day before."
"This is another advantage for Harry Kane, more titles than Bayern Munich this year!" Greiner said with a laugh.
Harry Kane will fight alongside other players to win England in the last match of Group C against Slovenia on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, early morning WIB.
Victory will take them to the knockout stages of Euro 2024 and end Group C as champions.
