Harry Kane Sindir Spicy Critics Of English Football
JAKARTA - Harry Kane threw a scathing statement replying to British football experts who criticized the performance of the Three Lions at Euro 2024.
The Pandit referred to by the England captain are Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer.
The two specifically criticized Kane's performance in the two Euro 2024 group stage matches. More generally, they also highlighted the inconclusive performance of the Three Lions as a winning candidate.
Lineker and Shearer are pessimistic that England can win Euro 2024.
Kane then gave satire to the two former England national team players that the Three Lions had never won a major tournament since the 1966 World Cup.

"I don't want to be disrespectful to any players, especially players who have worn English uniforms and know what it's like to play for England."
"What may now be realized by former players who are pandit, it is very difficult not to listen to it now, especially for young players who are not used to it or some players are new to the environment."
"I know they have to be honest and have opinions, but as former England players, they have a responsibility that many players play. People care about what they say and listen to them."
"Everyone has their own opinion, but the point is that we (England) have not won anything as a country for a long time and many of these players are part of that."
"They know how difficult it is. It doesn't make anyone eliminated, but it's just a fact that they know the difficulty of playing in this big tournament and it's hard to play for England," Kane said scathingly.
England are currently still at the top of Group C with four points from two matches, one win and one draw.
However, their performance still drew criticism for not being convincing. The Three Lions have only scored two goals and conceded one goal.
In the last match of Group C, England will face Slovenia on June 26, 2024, early morning WIB. The party will prove it.
