DP3AKB And The Ministry Of PPPA Handling The Case Of Bullying Of West Bandung Health Vocational School Students
JAKARTA - The West Java Women's Protection and Child Protection Service UPTD PPA Team (DP3AKB) together with the Indonesian Ministry of PPPA coordinated the viral case of alleged bullying of Rajawali Health Vocational School students, West Bandung Regency, which resulted in death.
The coordination was represented by Plt. Assistant Deputy for AMPK Services at the Ministry of PPPA.
Head of the West Java P3AKB Service, dr. Siska Gerfianti, said several steps taken in the coordination were in dialogue with the police, TNI, school, and village heads.
"The activities carried out are visiting the Health Vocational School in West Bandung Regency with the presence of school principals, homeroom teachers, village heads, Babinsa, and Babinkamtibmas."
"We are also coordinating with the Cimahi Police regarding the legal process which was attended by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cimahi Police," he said.

Then, DP3AKB through UPTD PPA also visited the complainant's house with the presence of representatives of West Java Legal Aid (JBH) as the reporter's attorney.
"The results of the coordination include, among others, the Cimahi Police will summon witnesses to provide clarification and information, including the reporting party, witnesses, schools, and other related parties."
"Then the Indonesian Ministry of PPPA is ready to help present the experts needed to solve case handling," said Siska.
Siska also added that the West Bandung Regency PPA UPTD and the West Bandung Regency DP2KBP3A will continue to monitor and provide the assistance needed in handling this case.
"We hope that with this coordination the case can be handled properly and provide justice for the victim and his family," said Siska again.
Previously, it was known that a student of the Rajawali Health SKM experienced bullying. He finally died on May 30, 2024 after being treated at a Mental Hospital.
The student experienced psychological bullying from her three-year-old classmate to depression and mental disorders.
