The Attorney General's Office Calls 6 Prosecutors To Check The Completeness Of Peti Setiawan's Files
The case file for the suspect, Pegi Setiawan alias Perong, in the alleged murder case of Vina-Eky Cirebon, has been transferred to the West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati). To check the completeness of the documents, 6 research prosecutors were deployed.
"Has appointed 6 prosecutors from the West Java Attorney General's Office to conduct research on case files on behalf of PS," said Head of the Attorney General's Office (AGO), Harli Siregar to VOI, Friday, June 21.
At this stage, the prosecutor has 14 days to check the completeness. The first seven days will determine whether or not the case file is complete.
Then, the second seven days were used to compile instructions for investigators if the case file was not complete.
"If not, the following 7 days will be used to compile the instructions that will be submitted to investigators to be completed," said Harli.
Harli also emphasized that the appointed research prosecutor would examine the case files professionally. Of course, obey the rules and rules of the law.
