IFG Participates In Supporting The Implementation Of The Diaspora Service Program For Indonesia In America
JAKARTA - The opportunity to serve the nation and state is wide open for the people of the Indonesian diaspora through the BUMN employee recruitment program. This is done in order to find the best talent of the nation's children who are ready to contribute for the national interest, especially through career levels in a number of state-owned companies.
Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir recently officially opened a BUMN employee recruitment program for Indonesian diaspora around the world. This recruitment program called the Bakti Diaspora Program for Indonesia complements a series of recruitment programs for state-owned companies that are currently running, namely the 2024 BUMN Joint Recruitment (RBB).
Deputy for Human Resources, Technology and Information, Ministry of SOEs Tedi Bharata said the program was part of the Ministry of SOEs' long-term strategy to make SOEs Go Global.
"We provide the widest possible opportunity for Indonesian citizens who have become professionals abroad and who have studied formally at the S1 level abroad to serve and contribute to the nation and state. SOEs continue to create jobs through the recruitment of BUMN employees, especially for Indonesian diaspora around the world under the name Bakti Diaspora Program for Indonesia," said Tedi, in his statement, Wednesday, June 18.
In line with the Bakti Diaspora Program for Indonesia, Indonesia Financial Group (IFG), BUMN Holding Insurance, Guarantee, and Investment with holding members, namely PT Jasa Raharja and PT Jamkrindo were also present to conduct socialization related to job opportunities at IFG.
The socialization is located in the Flatiron Area and Consulate Generals of the Republic of Indonesia, New York and Pan Pacific, as well as the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Vancouver, United States on June 9 -14, 2024.
Also attending the program were IFG President Director Hexana Tri Sasongko accompanied by HR and General Director Jasa Raharja Rubi Handojo and Director of MSDM, General and Risk Management of PT Jamkrindo Ivan Soeparno.
IFG President Director Hexana Tri Sasongko said that this program is very useful for IFG, especially in order to get the best talents from the Indonesian diaspora, especially those who have experience and expertise in the insurance, guarantee and investment industry.

In addition to IFG, this program also involves 12 SOEs and opens more than 135 vacancies. The announcement and recruitment process of this program is carried out online by accessing the Meganaku.id/diaspora website. Magenta (magentaku.id) is a job recruitment platform and an internship under the coordination of the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI).
It is hoped that the Bakti Diaspora Program for Indonesia can open the widest opportunity for diaspora, both those who are still abroad and those who have returned to Indonesia to have a career in IFG and several other SOEs.
