Holds Agrarian Summit 2024 Reform, Ministry Of ATR/BPN Discuss Conflict To Land Redistribution
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has started the 2024 Agrarian Summit Reform. Several issues discussed around land conflicts to land redistribution from the release of forest areas.
"The issue that will be discussed by the Agrarian Summit Reform in 2024 is the resolution of conflicts in the settlement of state-owned assets, BUMD. Then migration lands, lands in water settlements, coasts, and finally in the release of forest areas," said the Director General of Agrarian Arrangement. Dalu Agung Darmawan in Bali, Friday, June 14.
The discussion also involved various parties. Thus, raising several considerations related to the capital that became the focus of Agrarian Reform.
One of them is about the data. Where, there is still an insinkronous or incompleteness of the data it owns.
"We discuss all of that, several speakers have provided justification related to the data, yes the data must be complete, it must be recorded properly," he said.
To solve this problem, Dalu said there was a need for cooperation between institutions, such as regarding land transmigration and land redistribution from the release of forest areas.

Especially the issue of releasing forest areas must be resolved together with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK).
With the discussion, a more in-depth evaluation can be carried out and determine the next steps to resolve the issue.
"Our hope is how we can solve various agrarian reform problems through various action plans. We also want to create a database that we will then use as a basis for implementing agrarian reform in the next government," said Dalu.
