Had Printed A Record, NVIDIA Will Hold A Shareholder Meeting On June 26
JAKARTA - NVIDIA announced that it will hold an online 2024 Annual Shareholder Meeting on Thursday, June 26, at 9 am PT or around 23.00 WIB.
In its announcement, the chip company said that this meeting will take place virtually and can be watched live at http://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NVDA2024.
Shareholders will need their control number included in their notification or proxy card to access meetings, and can vote and ask questions when attending meetings.
Meanwhile, for the public or non-shareholders, they are welcome to attend by opening the same link and registering under the 'Guess Login.'
Things to be decided at the meeting were stated in a statement by the company's attorney submitted on May 14, 2024, to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
