Hyundai Officially Enlivens Cheap Electric Car Market With Inster
Hyundai Inster, Hyundai's newest tiny electric car, is ready to enliven the competition for cheap electric cars.
Through the teaser and release shared by Hyundai, June 11, Inster will officially be introduced on June 27 at the Busan Mobility Show, South Korea.
As for the naming, Hyundai said that Inster's name came from the words "intimate" (acrab) and "innovative" (innovative), but also as a tribute to Casper.
Hyundai stated that Inster will be a new reference for popularizing electric vehicles as this zero-emission urban electric car will set new standards in terms of travel distance, technology, and safety features, which will change what shoppers expect from vehicles in this class.
The initial image shows a glimpse of the new model-type DRL LED lights, as well as Hyundai EV design identities with pixel-style elements like those on Ioniq 5 and 6.
