Twilio Introduces New Innovations: Linked Audiences And Graph Data Segment

JAKARTA - At the 2024 Snowflake Summit held in San Francisco, United States, TWILIO, launched its new innovation called Linked Audiences and the Graph Data Segment.

These two features are able to boost the efficiency of customer data management and help businesses gain comprehensive and real-time views on their customers.

Not only increasing the effectiveness of marketing strategies, this feature will also encourage the use of AI's transformative potential, in order to achieve better results from interaction and engagement with customers.

Through an increase in interoperability between the CDP Segment and data warehouse platforms, businesses can explore the real power of customer data, said Thomas totaling, President at Twilio Segment.

Linked Audiences: A More Timely And Accurate Audience

Linked Audiences, which is currently available in beta to the public, is an audience building tool that is intuitive for marketers in the B2B and B2C segments, with the ability to support the overall and easy use of customer data without the need to write a single row of SQL programming code.

This solution transforms the way marketers interact and work with data. Now, they can do queries and segmentation directly from within their warehouse data using simpler interfaces, without requiring programming codes.

Introducing Graph's Data Segment: A Core Innovation

The Graph Data segment is an advanced framework built on the Segment's ability to unify various customer profiles, with the ability to transform data platforms and data warehouses from static repositories into dynamic machines that support business intelligence.

This tool gives the data team the ability to dynamically define and manage relationships between various data sets in data platforms and data warehouses.

With this capability, the company can create a detailed audience segment, then forward this data to tools on the downstream side for use in advanced analysis, adtech or advertising technology, and marketing automation.
