Looking For New Instructions For The Cirebon Vina Case, West Java Police Open Hotline Services

JAKARTA - The West Java Regional Police continues to investigate the alleged murder case of Vina Cirebon. Most recently, investigators opened a relief service or hotline to collect referrals and information.

"If the public has additional information regarding the murder case of Vina Cirebon, it is pleased to inform the police through a hotline with the number 0822-1112-4007," said Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police Kombes Jules Abraham Abast in his statement, Friday, June 7.

The information conveyed must be accountable. Later, investigators will analyze all incoming instructions from the hotline service.

"So we both urge us to be wise and responsible for providing information to protect and respect the families of the victims and avoid being traumatized by the families of the victims," he said.

On the other hand, the West Java Regional Police are committed to thoroughly investigating Vina Cirebon's cases in a professional, procedural and proportional manner. Especially now that there is an increasingly growing phenomenon of information on social media.

"That in handling the investigation of this case, the West Java Police have formed an Assistance Team consisting of Itwasda, Propam and Ditreskrimum (Investigators)," he said

In addition, there are external parties, namely Kompolnas and Komnas HAM who are also monitoring the ongoing investigation process.
