Open Voice, Tiko Aryawardhana Accuses AW Of Not Carrying Out The Commissioner's Position Properly
JAKARTA - Tiko Aryawardhana finally spoke up regarding allegations of embezzlement of funds amounting to Rp6.9 billion from the company he and his ex-wife, AW.
represented by his attorney, Irfan Aghasar said that during the course of this company, AW did not carry out his position as a commissioner properly.
AW is considered to have never asked about the problems that exist within the company and is considered to only want to make a profit.
"If the person concerned serves as a commissioner, if there should be a problem in the company, as a commissioner, he should have asked the directors, even though her husband at that time," said Irfan Aghasar in the Kebon Sirih area, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, June 5.
"How about the company? Smooth or not? Loss or not? Don't just want to make a profit, don't want to lose," he added.
Furthermore, Irfan explained that AW had never held Tiko Aryawardhana accountable for embezzlement of this fund.

"If he runs his position, in the condition of the report at the police as a commissioner. I ask, are you as a commissioner carrying out your function as a commissioner or not? Asking the police for accountability or regarding today, that the company has embezzlement? There has never been a process," explained Irfan.
"If the motivation is as a shareholder, have you ever asked for accountability, in this case our client, in a shareholder meeting, it is necessary, because we formed a PT. The PT Law is clear, if there are certain problems, the highest organ is the commissioner. This was never done, suddenly there was a police report," he said.
