Withdrawing From The Show, Cyndi Lauper Holds Separation Tour
JAKARTA - American singer and songwriter Cindy Lauper will step down from the show world by holding her final tour.
Through its official website, the Time After Time singer announced a list of 23 cities he will visit in the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour.
Meanwhile, the tour will start from Montreal, Canada on October 18. Later, the 70-year-old singer will visit other cities in North America, such as Boston, Washington, New York, Hollywood, Austin, Los Angeles, and much more.
Cyndi Lauper will end the farewell tour with a performance in Chicago, United States on December 5.
In the announcement of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour, it was stated that there would be a special guest who would be presented, but it was not stated who would support it.
According to Variety, Lauper has not spoken at all about his farewell tour. He is expected to open his voice this weekend, when promoting a documentary about his career entitled Let the Canary Sing.
For information, Cyndi Lauper started his music career as a cover singer in the early 1970s. Not satisfied to be a member of the cover band, he joined Blue Angle and recorded his first music demo.
