Expand Export Market, Ministry Of Industry Signs 11 Electronics And Digital Industries To Singapore
The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) brought 11 industrial companies to appear at an international level exhibition, namely the 2024 Communication Asia in Singapore.
Secretary of the Directorate General of Metal, Machinery, Transportation Equipment and Electronics (ILMATE) of the Ministry of Industry, Sopar Halomoan Sirait, said that this facilitation is intended to introduce various national industrial products, services and technologies to the international market, especially for the electronics and digital industry.
"We sent 11 domestic electronics and digital industries to the 2024 Communication Asia exhibition as a promotional effort as well as opening up new investment cooperation and opportunities," Sopar said in his official statement, Friday, May 31.
Participation in the Communication Asia 2024 event is aimed at promoting national industrial capabilities and initiating national industrial relations with global supply chain.
In the Communication Asia 2024, various domestic industrial products and technologies were exhibited, such as fiber optic cables, IoT, laptops, CCTV and digital solutions.
The 11 electronics and digital industry companies that appeared in the 2024 Communication Asia include PT Bumi Teknik Semesta (Entwo Group), PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia, PT Bangun Abadi Teknologi Indonesia, PT Qwords Company International, PT Herza Digital Indonesia and PT Communication Cable Systems Indonesia Tbk.

In addition, through the exhibition, it is hoped that it will show global parties that Indonesia has a number of competitive high-tech products, such as the Axioo and SPC brands for laptop devices.
"The 2024 Communication Asia facilitation is one of the policies that is expected to have an impact on strengthening and empowering the domestic electronics and telematics industry and is a strategic step to increase domestic industrial capacity by expanding market access and paving the way of industrial cooperation," he added.
