Considered Special, Fanny Soegi The Only Female Singer In Collaboration With Padi Reborn
Throughout his journey in the national music industry, Padi Reborn rarely collaborated with other singers. So far only three singers have collaborated, namely Iwan Fals, Hadad Alwi, and Fanny Soegi.
Fanny Soegi is the only female singer to collaborate with Padi Reborn. They were together in a single entitled Langit Biru, which was released today, Friday, May 31.
Initially, the Langit Biru which began to be worked on in 2020 was not intended for collaborative songs, until finally Padi Reborn decided to look for collaborators because he was not satisfied with the initial results.
Fadly, vocalist of Padi Reborn, admitted that he was an admirer of Fanny Soegi. The choice was deemed right, Padi Reborn was satisfied with the new color presented by the former Soegi Bornean vocalist.
"I personally really like the character that Fanny brought in her music. And in this song Langit Biru, she gave a new color," said Fadly during a press conference in Senayan, Central Jakarta today.
Padi Reborn personnel did not hesitate to state that those who first asked Fanny Soegi to collaborate. It can even be said that the arrangement of Langit Biru serves the vocal character of the singer from Semarang.

"Indeed, there are several names, but how come we are more comfortable and suitable for the voice of Fanny. And when we call, the response is good, yes, it's okay, the chemistry can also be maintained," said Piyu.
Fanny herself was honored to be Padi Reborn's first female collaborator. The age difference is not a problem for her. She also presented the 'Blue Law' for her late mother, who before returning to the Almighty, enthusiastic about her collaboration with Padi Reborn.
"Those who are definitely very happy, especially mothers. At first they were nervous, but they could bond well. It turns out that age is just a number, the joke (the joke of Padi Reborn personnel) is still okay, still relevant," said Fanny Soegi.
