South Sumatra BNN Arrests 9 Feet Of Drug Dealers In Palu, 1 Awarded Hot Tin
SULTENG - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Central Sulawesi Province (Sulteng) arrested nine people in three different locations suspected of being involved in drug trafficking in Palu City. "In the arrest activity, we were assisted by the Central Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade, then three raid locations, namely Kayumalu Village, North Palu District, Tatanga Village, South Palu District, and Lere Village, West Palu District," said Head of Central Sulawesi BNN, AKBP Bonifacio Rio Rahadianto in Palu, Thursday, May 30, which was confiscated by Antara. He revealed that the three regions that were targeted for operations were suspected as hotspots for drug trafficking in the capital city of Central Sulawesi.
Meanwhile, a number of people were arrested as accomplices to narcotics dealers who were targets of operation (TO). "The temporary assumption is that the perpetrators who were detained in Tatanga and Lere sub-districts took drugs in Kayumue, so the logistics were in Kayumare," he said. From the results of the raid, the police also managed to secure evidence in the form of scales, a number of methamphetamine-type drug devices and packages. from these operations, one suspected dealer had to be paralyzed with hot lead, for trying to escape. "We took appropriate and measurable action," he said.

He revealed that currently his party is still pursuing a drug dealer whose identity has been known. Meanwhile, nine people have been arrested have now been secured for further case development purposes. "Our operation is an effort to eradicate drug trafficking in Central Sulawesi.
