A 13-year-old Girl Traumatized After Being Raped And Recorded By 3 Teenagers In Tarakan

Tarakan City Society, North Kalimantan was shocked by the circulation of an exciting video of a 13-year-old girl who was the victim of rape by three teenagers in turn. It didn't take long for the three teenagers to be arrested.

As a result of this incident, the victim was traumatized and is currently undergoing rehabilitation.

The Tarakan Police Satreskrim Resmob Unit team immediately moved quickly by securing three perpetrators of the rape of a 13-year-old girl.

Of the three perpetrators who were arrested, two of them turned out to be minors, namely the initials FK and DF, who are still 16 years old. Meanwhile, another perpetrator with the initials RM is now 24 years old.

The disclosure of this case began when the victim's parents found out about the pornographic video circulating, but it turned out to be played by their child. The victim's parents who did not accept it finally reported to the Tarakan Police, on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

"For the chronology of the incident, namely on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 14.30 WITA. At that time, the reporter, who was the victim's parents, received information that his son had been sexually assaulted by the perpetrators in the Juwata Kericil area, near the Bengawan reservoir. Then, after that, the victim's parents made a report to the Tarakan Police," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tarakan Police, AKP Randhya Sakhika Putra Tuesday, May 28.

Randhya said that initially, the rape was carried out for the first time by the suspect FK, which was then followed by the other two suspects in turn. Ironically, the immoral acts committed by the three suspects were recorded and then spread through social media.

The three perpetrators are currently being held at the Tarakan Police Headquarters detention center. Meanwhile, the victim, who is currently still traumatized after the unfortunate incident he experienced, has undergone rehabilitation with a child psychologist from the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) of the Tarakan Police Satreskrim.
