Get Restu Selling Pertalite, BPH Migas Calls Only 10 Pertashops That Meet The Requirements
JAKARTA - Pertashop is known to have received the government's blessing to distribute the Pertalite Special Assignment Fuel Type (JBKP).
Head of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) Erika Retnowati said that her party had given assignments to 29 Pertashops to distribute Pertalite.
"Until now, we have given the assignment to JBKP Pertalite to 29 Pertashop for trials and we have also given the quota," Erika said in a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with Commission VII DPR RI, Monday, May 27.
However, Erika said that of the 29 Pertashops, only 10 had met the requirements to distribute Pertalite and 1 pertashop would distribute it.
Furthermore, Erika said that her party had backed up 100,000 kiloliters (KL) of Pertalite to be distributed by Pertashop out of the total 2024 quota set at 31.7 million KL.
Regarding the requirements to be a distributor of Pertalite, Erika said that she only set several conditions such as digitization and having CCTV.

"There is 1 pertashop that distributes Pertalite at the end of May in Sulawesi. So this 29 happens to be all in Sulawesi. We have followed up on Pertalite's sales at Pertashop," explained Erika.
Meanwhile, in terms of investment, to become a distributor of Pertalite, Pertashop entrepreneurs have to spend an additional fee of IDR 75 million to IDR 100 million.
"The minimum requirement. We have actually minimized it for supervision. The important thing is that later the audit can still fulfill that," concluded Erika.
