Kapuspen TNI Denies Security At The AGO Regarding Densus 88 Polri Kuntit Jampidsus
JAKARTA - Head of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Information Center (Kapuspen) Maj. Gen. Nugraha Gumilar said the guard carried out by his members at the Attorney General's Office (AGO) was not the aftermath of the alleged stalking of members of the 88 National Police Densus against the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah.
However, as a form of security for the Indonesian Attorney General's Office on the basis of guarding the Deputy Attorney General for Military Crimes, it is abbreviated (Jampidmil).
This was also stated in the signing of the TNI with the AGO in accordance with MoU and No4 in 2023 & No NK / 6 / IV / 2023 / TNI dated April 6, 2023.
"The MoU Scope Room in Article 7 includes the Assignment of TNI Soldiers within the Prosecutor's Office (such as Jampidmil) and the form of assistance from the TNI Press in carrying out the duties and functions of the prosecutor's office," said Gumilar when confirmed, Sunday, May 26.
"So it has nothing to do with the cases that are busy being discussed, the implementation of security is normal as usual, nothing special," he continued.
He said this form of security assistance had been carried out long before the alleged stalking incident.
"Security assistance has been carried out long before in order to support Gakkum hard because we there are Jampidmil," he said
For information, the Instagram social media account @Puspomtni uploaded a photo guard document at the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, South Jakarta. In fact, in his statement, he explained that the activity was the result of allegations of stalking Jampidsus by members of Densus 88.
