JAKARTA - Member of the DKI Jakarta DPRD from the PDI-P (PDIP) faction, Hardiyanto Kenneth, stated that he was ready to follow the direction of the General Chairperson (Ketum) of the PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri regarding calls to go down to the grassroots. Moreover, it intersects with the welfare and rights of the people.
"As cadres and of course as party officials, we must always be ready and follow the direction of the general chairman, especially this concerns the welfare of the people. This is the main goal and manifesto of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) which must be fully understood by all PDI P cadres in the future," Kenneth said in his statement, Saturday, May 25.
The man who is familiarly called Bang Kent was also present at the PDIP National Working Meeting which was held in Ancol with the theme 'Satyam Eva Jayate' or 'The Truth Will Definitely Win' sub-themed 'The Power of People's Unity, The Way Of Truth That Is Successful'.
Later during his visit to the electoral district, the Chairperson of the IKAL (Lemhannas RI Alumni Family Association) PPRA of the LXII Force will conduct socialization regarding knowledge about the rights of the people that should be accepted in the nation and state. He will also hear the aspirations and problems faced by the community today. He wants to discuss and find the best solution in the future.

Kenneth said Megawati asked cadres to care about the existing problems, and overcome them without any new problems, so that people's conditions remain conducive, safe and peaceful.
"We as PDIP cadres must be able to be wise and wise in dealing with the slightest problem, so that all problems can be resolved properly, so that in the end people can feel the impact. The point is that the wider community can feel our presence as a solution," said the Head of the DKI Jakarta PDIP Disaster Management Agency (Baguna).
As previously reported, PDIP Chairman Megawati Soekarnowati asked her cadres to go down to the grassroots to voice their denial of their rights. This refers to an anomaly in the recent election process.
"So what do you want to do now? Because we are a political organization, political party organizations are different from others, they should provide learning, knowledge," Megawati said at the opening of the PDIP V National Working Meeting in Ancol.
"That's why if I'm angry, you have to go down, meet grassroots, bond with them, teach them their rights, then show them what power means in the hands of the people," added Megawati.
