JAKARTA - Raline Shah's appearance at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival attracted netizens. Raline looks beautiful and classy when attending the premiere of the film by director Yoros Lanthimos entitled Kinds of Kindness.

"My third presence at the Cannes Film Festival is to be part of the film industry ecosystem and return to being a'student'," said Raline, quoted from a press statement received in Jakarta, Tuesday, May 22.

Raline really enjoys the learning process so much from industry players who are very experienced, watching many festival participant films that are very well drained.

The presence of Raline at the festival was carried out to fulfill an invitation from the management of an artist based in Los Angeles and oversees him in the United States, namely the Artist International Group.

He was specially invited to witness the premiere of the film Kinds of Kindness by Director Yorosos Lanthimos. The event was also attended by a row of Hollywood stars, such as Emma Stone and others.

In addition, the arrival of Raline at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival was also carried out to provide full support for the Indonesian film that was broadcast at the festival, namely Women From Rote Island.

Selain di premiere Kinds of Kindness, Raline juga hadir untuk merayakan talent perempuan di dunia perfilman pada penghargaan Women in Motion di Cannes. Dalam unggahan di Instagra, Raline menunjukkan foto dirinya dengan mengenakan kain batik.

This year the Emerging Talent Award was given to Amanda Nell Eu from Malaysia for the film Tiger Stripes which raised the issue of female maturity and social pressure from a Malay girl. "The topic is brave and enlightens us about the challenges of teenage girls. It left a strong impression on me. It was a beautiful surprise to see it recognized internationally," she said.
