The 207 cases will be decided in today's disal decision and tomorrow, Wednesday, May 22. A disal decision is a decision to determine a case to proceed to the trial of proof or be declared null and void.

"We will follow the trial together today," said MK spokesman Fajar Laksono in his statement, Tuesday, May 21.

Fajar revealed that information about tomorrow's decision can be seen on the official website of the Constitutional Court. In total there are 207 cases whose decisions will be read out. Only Fajar did not explain the fate of 90 other 2024 Pilleg dispute cases, which were not included in the schedule for reading the decision, for example.

It is known, as many as 297 cases registered as the 2024 Legislative Election dispute. The Constitutional Court judge decided that not all cases could proceed to the evidentiary trial stage.

Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Suhartoyo said that the evidentiary trial will be held from 27 May 2024 to 4 June 2024.

"The MK will provide summons for cases that proceed to the evidentiary trial," Suhartoyo said Tuesday last week.

Suhartoyo said that the parties undergoing the evidentiary trial would be given the opportunity to present witnesses. However, the number is limited to only six people each.

"If we continue, there will also be a summons for evidence hearings, therefore to prepare each case 5 witnesses and 1 expert," concluded Suhartoyo.
