IRCS: The Discovery Of Iran's President Raisi Helicopter Without Involving Foreign Aid
JAKARTA - The head of Iran's Red Crescent (IRCS), Pir-Hossein Kolivand, denied Iran's reports of relying on foreign aid to find helicopter debris carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his accompanying delegation.
Kolivand said rescue operations to find helicopter debris carrying the Iranian President and his accompanying delegation were fully carried out by Iranian rescue teams and Iranian unmanned aircraft or drones.
He said it was Iran's rescue team that found the helicopter debris at around 05.00 local time, Monday, May 20, reported by ANTARA from IRNA-OANA.

In the hours-long operation, members of rescue teams from various agencies, including fire stations, IRCS, emergency services, IRGC, Basij, Army, and local forces worked together.
On Sunday (19/5), President Raisi was returning from the opening ceremony of the Qiz Qalasi Dam on Iran's border with Azerbaijan to the inauguration of the "Proyek for Improvement of Tabriz Refinery" in the Dizamar forest area between Quzi and Pir Davoud villages when his helicopter crashed in the Varzaqan region.
