JAKARTA - The Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) ordered the KPK Supervisory Board to postpone the ethical examination of the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, in an interim decision today, Monday, May 20.
This order is written in the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP). Meanwhile, Nurul Ghufron was examined ethically by the KPK Supervisory Board for allegedly abusing his authority to assist the employee mutation process at the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan).
"Ordered the defendant to postpone the examination of alleged ethical violations on behalf of the reported Nurul Ghufron," said SIPP PTUN Jakarta, Monday, May 20.
In addition, the decision also ordered the Panitera of the Jakarta Administrative Court to send a copy of the determination of the relevant parties.
As previously reported, the Supervisory Board will decide the fate of the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, who is suspected of having committed an ethical violation for assisting the transfer of employees of the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) on Tuesday, May 21. "Tomorrow at 14.00 WIB the KPK Council's ethical decision," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday, May 20.
Meanwhile, Ghufron hopes that he will be found innocent by the KPK Supervisory Board regarding the alleged abuse of authority. He conveyed this after undergoing an examination in an ethics trial that was held behind closed doors today, Monday, May 20.
"Yes, of course, his name has been examined and from my perspective, I am sure that it should not be proven," he said at the ACLC KPK Building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta.
"But whatever it is because those who judge the Council, yes, I surrender to the Council's decision," concluded Ghufron.
