Telegram CEO Gets IDR 108 Billion From Notcoin, Wants To Save Up To 100 Times
JAKARTA - Telegram founder and CEO, Pavel Durov announced that Notcoin, a mini app on Telegram, has reached 35 million active users in just a few months.
In this application, Durov explains, where users will be able to get a game currency called "notcoins" just by clicking on the screen.
Notcoin cryptocurrencies have also been printed on the TON blockchain and are listed on all major crypto exchanges. However, Notcoin users who have just played the game told Durov that he can turn the currency into real money.
Notcoin immediately became the top 10 cryptocurrencies in the world based on trading volume, and reached nearly 700 million US dollars (Rp 11.16 trillion) in market capitalization," Durov said.
"This extraordinary success story shows how powerful the Telegram/TON ecosystem is for app developers," he continued.
As a form of appreciation for the messaging application that houses this crypto game, the players donated some of the coins in their game to Durov.

The donation received by Durov has now jumped its value to millions of dollars, and he plans to hold back the token to a 100x increase.
"Half a million Notcoin users awarded me a Notcoin worth 6.8 million US dollars (Rp108 billion). Thank you. I will keep these coins up to 680 million US dollars (Rp 10.8 trillion), and at that time I will use them to buy more servers for Telegram," Durov said.
