Reviewing Lauik Longsor Again, Tank Trucks Managed To Escape When The Land Cliff Collapsed

JAKARTA - The Lauik Sitinction Line again collapsed this afternoon. The collapsed cliff covered two lanes across Solok-Kota Padang, West Sumatra.

Judging from the Instagram account video @siturpalauik_id, the blue tank truck appears to step on the gas on the incline route when the rubble begins to slide. When the truck manages to pass, the large landslides cover two lanes of the road.

The road access was completely closed due to the landslide which was reported to have occurred at 14.30 WIB. Vehicles from two directions stopped exactly close to the landslide site.

Landslides in Panorama Dua Sitinjau Lauik also occurred on Thursday, May 16 at noon. Due to the landslide in Sivik Lauik, the flow of vehicles stopped. You can see a row of cars until the truck stops at the landslide point in both directions.
