The Attorney General's Office Examines Sandra Dewi Regarding Private Jet Ownership
The Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Ketut Sumedana, said that one of the things that investigators investigated during the examination of Sandra Dewi, wife of Harvey Moeis (HM), a tin corruption suspect, was related to the ownership of a private jet.
"Assets indicated as a result of criminal acts from HM suspects such as jet planes, namely regarding types, ownership, year of acquisition, storage (the existence of jet planes), registered names and numbers," said Ketut as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 15.
In addition, investigators also explored the truth and timing of making a lama agreement.
It is known that Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis had an agreement to separate assets made when the two couples married in 2016.
Director of Investigation at Jampidsus Kuntadi in a press conference at the Purwokerto Kejari which was monitored from Jakarta, confirmed that the assets of the suspects that had been confiscated, including Harvey Moeis' assets, were assets related to criminal acts that were being investigated by his party.
"There are several assets that we confiscated allegedly related to the crime, so we confiscated them. We are currently blocking the exact extent of their relationship," said Kuntadi.
Until now, investigators have blocked 66 accounts, 187 plots of land or buildings, and confiscated cash, 55 units of heavy equipment and 16 units of cars from the suspects.

In addition, the investigative team has also confiscated assets in the form of 6 smelters in the Bangka Belitung Islands with a total land area of 238,848 m2, and 1 Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) in the South Tangerang City area.
Then for 6 smelters, the management will be followed up by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), so that the confiscation actions carried out will maintain economic value and do not have a social impact.
"Maybe I can straighten it out, the assets that we confiscated, we conveyed that all the suspects in this case, all of which we know are 21, including assets related to HM suspect," said Kuntadi.
In addition to examining Sandra Dewi, today investigators also examined two suspects, namely Helena Lin (HLN) and Rosalina (RL) as General Manager of PT TIN.
Investigators also examined 11 witnesses, apart from Sandra Dewi, there were six witnesses who were the wives of the suspects.
The wives of the suspects who were questioned, each of whose initials were EK, RS, AG, DSA, ALY, ECS.
