The Offspring Says Eleventh Album Is Done
JAKARTA - The punk rock band from California, United States, The Offspring is ready with the eleventh studio album titled It's Done.
In a recent interview with radio 99X Atlanta, Kevin "Noodles" Wasserman (guitar) and Bryan "Dexter" Holland (vocals) confirmed that their eleventh studio album had been completed.
"It's finished. It's been controlled," said Noodles.
"We just listened to the master from the new footage. It's just finished," he continued.
Different from the beginning, The Offspring worked on all the material from the album It's Done little by little. Therefore the recording process lasted quite a long time.
"That's how we've been working lately. We didn't come in and just locked ourselves up in the studio for six months. We did it little by little, a few weeks here and a few weeks there," said Noodles.
The new album will be something fans are worth waiting for, considering the last time The Offspring released an album in 2021, namely Let the Bad Times Roll. Noodles has also talked about how they have made various advances since the album.
"It's not like we've worked for a few months with (old producer) Bob Rock and then haven't seen each other for several years. We get together every few years, months and go to the studio and work for a week to two weeks. That's how we work," said the guitarist.
