Improve Performance And Inspiration: IWIP Award 2024 Celebrating Company Sustainability

JAKARTA - In the midst of the spirit of celebrating International Labor Day 2024, PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) again gave awards to hundreds of employees through the 2024 IWIP Award event. The event was held as a company commitment in giving appreciation for their dedication and performance during this year.

In their second implementation, IWIP awarded 313 names as Best Employees recipients, with 271 of them male workers and 42 female workers. Even more interesting, 70 percent of the award recipients came from North Maluku.

Roslina Sangaji, General Manager of HRD IWIP said that management always provides opportunities and space for employees who want to learn, develop and have a career in the company. So far, more than 10 thousand employees have been promoted to important positions. Those who used to be ordinary employees have now been promoted to supervisors, supervisors, superintendents, and even deputy managers.

The 2024 IWIP Award was also attended by the Acting Regent of Central Halmahera Ikram M Sangaji along with a number of Forkopimda, Head of the North Maluku Manpower Service Marwan Policeri, Head of the Central Halteng Hakka Mujuddin Office, Head of the Haltim Manpower Office Richard Sangadji, as well as trade unions and village heads.

One of the award recipients, Andriyani Subekti is delighted to be selected as the best employee this year. The Senior Officer at the External Department admitted that this appreciation was a motivation for him to improve performance.
