The Ministry Of Industry Calls The Findings Of Fictitious SPK Fraud Involving Employees
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) revealed the findings of a fictitious or fraudulent project involving unscrupulous employees. This case was found by the Ministry of Industry after receiving reports from the public.
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Industry Febri Hendri Antoni Arif said that his party had received a complaint from the public some time ago regarding a work order (SPK) suspected of having problems and being at the Directorate of Chemical Downstream and Pharmaceutical Industries (IKHF) for the 2023 fiscal year. The report was then examined internally by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Industry.
"From the results of the examination, we obtained several findings, namely that all work reported in the SPK is not registered for electronic procurement services or LPSE in 2023 because the alleged work package or what is meant is that there is no DIPA allocation of the Ministry of Industry for the 2023 fiscal year," he said at a press conference at the Ministry of Industry office, Jakarta, Monday, May 6.
Febri said this case involved an employee of the Ministry of Industry with the initials LHS. LHS itself serves as a commitment-making official (PPK) at the IKHF Directorate.

He added that he was on behalf of his position and made the SPK to other parties as if the SPK was an official SPK from the Ministry of Industry. This person's activity was without his leadership knowing and was a personal act in question.
Until now, said Febri, the Ministry of Industry is taking action against gross disciplinary violations. The person concerned has been relieved of his position as PPK.
"Currently, the Ministry of Industry is taking action against serious disciplinary violations with a maximum sentence of dismissal. Currently, the person concerned has been relieved of his position as PPK," he said.
