South Jakarta District Court's Apology Regarding Sarwendah's News Sues Ruben Onsu, Admits There Was A Misunderstanding
JAKARTA - Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court (PN), Djuyamto finally apologized for his remarks regarding the news of Sarwendah's lawsuit against her husband, Ruben Onsu.
Djuyamto said that there had been a miss-information that he said on Thursday, May 2 regarding this matter. He consciously admitted that this caused discomfort to Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu's families.
"So miss-information. Of course we understand that there is discomfort between Sarwendah or his family and Ruben Onsu and his family," said Djuyamto at the South Jakarta District Court, Friday, May 3.
Furthermore, he firmly apologized for the lack of information which he again said did not actually come from the Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court.
"It does not reduce clarity, I as public relations also do not mind apologizing for the lack of information that actually did not appear from us as Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court," he concluded.
Furthermore, Djuyamto tried to defend himself by explaining that he got questions related to whether or not Sarwendah had filed a lawsuit against Ruben Onsu.

He argued that at that time he replied that a check would be carried out first in the case investigation system (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court.
"To my media friends, I explain in the Case Investigation Information System or SIPP of the South Jakarta District Court that there has been no lawsuit filed on behalf of Sarwendah. To my media friends, I convey it through a system that we have submitted or a lawsuit can be registered through the e-court system," he said.
"That's why if you haven't entered SIPP, the lawsuit could go through e-court, the SIPP system has not been inputted, so we will say we will check first. That's what we conveyed," explained Djuyamto.
It did not stop there, Djuyamto also emphasized that there was no statement from him confirming this matter.
"So there is no statement from me confirming the lawsuit. So we still have the checking system stage. That afternoon I informed you I would inform you tomorrow morning of the certainty," he explained.
"However, it turned out that after I delivered the statement, the news circulated as if the South Jakarta District Court's public relations confirmed the lawsuit," he said.
