The police said that the suspect AT initially did not know that the black suitcase contained Rini Mariany's body. Because Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh did not say anything and only asked for help to throw it away.
"Initially the victim's younger brother (the suspect) did not know what was in this suitcase," said West Cikarang Police Chief, Kompol Gurnald Patiran to reporters, Friday, May 3.
Suspect Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh just delivered the suitcase containing Rini's body when they were on their way to throw it away.

"Then, on the way to Kalimalang, the suspect informed him that he had killed the victim and they were looking for a place to throw away," he said.
However, AT still helped his brother to dispose of the suitcase. They followed the Kalimalang Inspection road to find a quiet location
"The victim's sister (the suspect) helped lower the suitcase and dumped the suitcase," he said.

Regarding the reason why Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh involved his younger brother in this case because no one he trusted anymore.
"Why do the victim's younger brother (the suspect) want to help the perpetrator? Yes, because he only has one person who can be trusted by him, namely the victim's younger brother (the suspect), AT's brother," said Gurnald.
Rini Mariany's body was found in a suitcase in West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, Thursday, April 25. Thus, the police conducted an investigation into the alleged murder case.
From the results of the investigation, the police finally arrested Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh, who is the main suspect in the Palembang area, on May 1.
The series of examination processes were carried out, as a result, it was found that the suspect killed the victim by banging his head and strangling the victim to death.
In this case, Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh and AT were charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 339 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 365 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
