Search The PUPR-BPKAD-LPSE Office Dompu NTB, The Prosecutor's Office Confiscates Documents Related To Corruption In The Irrigation Project

NTB - The Dompu District Attorney's Office (Kejari) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) confiscated a number of evidences (barbuk) in the form of irrigation channel project work documents. The barbuk was confiscated from the results of searches at three local government offices.

The three government offices that became the location of the search were the Dompu Regency BPKAD Office, the Dompu Regency PUPR Office, and the Dompu Regency LPSE Office.

"Yes, from the results of the search, several documents, data, and documents were confiscated as well as other objects deemed necessary and related to the corruption case of irrigation channel project work in Kwangko and Sori Paranggi," said Head of the Kejari Dompu Marambson Carel Williams in a written message, Monday, April 29, confiscated by Antara.

He emphasized that investigators carried out a search based on a search warrant from Kajari Dompu and the determination of the Chairman of the Dompu District Court.

Due to the confiscation of the results of this search, the prosecutor's office is now scheduling further examination of the witnesses by referring to the confiscated evidence.

Carel explained that the alleged corruption in the irrigation canal project in the Kwangko area was related to the ongoing work in the 2022 fiscal year.

"For the Sori Paranggi, it's the 2020 budget year," he said.

Based on information compiled from the Dompu Regency Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE), these two projects were carried out by the Dompu Public Works and Spatial Planning Service (PUPR).

For irrigation channel projects in the Kwangko area with the name of the rehabilitation auction of the Irrigation Regional Irrigation Network (DI) Kwangko, it was recorded that it was carried out in the 2022 fiscal year with a budget ceiling of IDR 3.51 billion.

The winner of the auction for this project is CV Vantiyar, which is located in Dompu Regency. The private company emerged as the winner with an offering price of IDR 3.44 billion.

Then, for irrigation channel projects in the Sori Paranggi area with the name of the Irrigation Region Rehabilitation (DI) Sori Paranggi auction, it was recorded that it ran from the 2020 to 2022 fiscal year.

However, for the 2020 fiscal year which is the focus of investigating prosecutors, the local government is recorded to have prepared a budget ceiling of Rp. 2.3 billion. The winner of the auction from the project is CV Bangkit Bersama from Dompu Regency with an offering price of Rp. 2.07 billion.
