Junior High School Student In Serang Raped Her Biological Father Until She Gave Birth At Her Home
SERANG - A junior high school student with the initials AS (14) is suspected of being a victim of sexual intercourse with her biological father named Asep (41) until giving birth to a baby girl. Worse yet, this incident was revealed after giving birth.
Chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection (PA) Qurrota Agyun said the victim gave birth alone, without anyone's help, was only accompanied by her father. This incident occurred in the Cimaung area, Cikeusal, Serang Regency, Tuesday, April 16.
At that time the lights were turned off and the room was closed, so no one's family was aware of the copy.
It is known that the victim only lives with his sister and the perpetrator who is also his biological father. Meanwhile, the victim's biological mother has long passed away.
At the time of the incident the victim, who had a large body, did not raise suspicions from his older brother. Because he only suspects because of his distended stomach.
"Lampu is turned off and the door is closed," Qurrota said when confirmed, Sunday, April 28.
The victim's sister, who was also at home, heard her sister's screams. So check into the room.
When checked, he was surprised because there was already a baby in his sister's room. So he immediately contacted the midwife to check on the condition of the victim and the baby type of girl," he said.

At that time, it was not yet known who the perpetrator had impregnated the victim. The midwife on duty also asked Asep to buy milk for the baby because the victim's breast milk did not want to go outside.
After his father left, his older brother and midwife were curious to ask the victim who the baby's father was. Until finally the victim admitted that her biological father had impregnated her.
"The family is surprised how can this child get pregnant. When asked who impregnated, the victim claimed to be pregnant by his father," he said.
Due to this incident, the family reported the case to the Serang Police on Wednesday, April 17.
"His father is currently running away after finding out he has been reported to the police," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Serang Police, AKP Andy Kurniady, confirmed that there was a report. Currently, his party is still hunting for the perpetrators.
"That's right. We have received the report. The alleged perpetrator fled after his biological child gave birth," he said.
Andy said, after examining 12 witnesses, the victim's biological father was immediately named a suspect on Monday, April 22.
"There have been 12 witnesses. (The results) the perpetrators have been named as suspects," Andy said when confirmed Monday, April 29.
Not only that, Andy said that the perpetrators had also been issued a People's Wanted List (DPO) since Monday, April 22. Therefore, his party is still trying to catch the perpetrators.
Last week was Monday (issued by DPO). We are trying, hopefully we will be caught soon," he said.
Asep will be accused of Article 81 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 82 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
