Consumers Complain About Unit Delivery, This Is What BYD Motor Indonesia Says

JAKARTA - Not a few BYD electric car consumers have complained about the delivery of units that have not yet been made, as can be seen from several comments on Instagram byd_indonesia social media.

Meanwhile, referring to data from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (Gaikindo), not a single BYD model unit has been sent.

Responding to this, Luther T. Pandjaitan as Head of Marketing BYD Motor Indonesia spoke up. He said he departed from important things in the process of vehicles to Indonesia, there were two procedures.

"There are internal and external procedures, so this part cannot be separated from the process of bringing vehicles to Indonesia," he told the media crew, in Cibubur, Jakarta, Saturday, April 27.

The man who is familiarly called Luther revealed that the procedure is above one factor that determines the speed or length of the vehicle arrives. However, he ensures that procedures must be carried out one by one.

"One by one the procedures have been completed, such as production in China currently has no problems, besides that the global partnership, especially BYD, is quite stable, it can be stated that there are no certain problems," he added.

He further said that the administrative and legalization process as well as all vehicle registration types tests had been completed by BYD.

"There should be no problems and delivery according to the time we expected," he said.
