Kejari Labusel-Sumut Set 3 Suspects In The Corruption Case Of The Construction Of The Puskesmas
The South Labuhanbatu (Labusel) District Attorney's Office (Kejari), North Sumatra has named three suspects in the alleged corruption case in the construction of the Aek Batu Health Center building, Torgamba District, South Labuhanbatu Regency for Fiscal Year 2021."The South Labuhanbatu Kejari investigating team has named three suspects, namely NMSV as the official making the commitment, RS as the provider of construction services and J as the supervisory consultant," said Head of the Intelligence Section of the Labusel Kejari Sahbana Pikta Surbakti when contacted from Medan, as reported by Antara, Thursday, April 25.Sahbana continued that the Labusel Kejari investigator team named the suspect based on the order to determine the suspect Number: B01/L.2.37/Fd.2/04/2024 an on Wednesday (24/4).According to him, the actions of the three suspects have resulted in state financial losses based on independent auditors amounting to Rp601,898,726.On that basis, the three suspects were charged with primary, Article 2 paragraph (1) Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of Law No. 20 of 2001 Amendments to Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.Subsidiary, Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
"That each suspect is detained at the Class III Penitentiary in Kotapinang for the next 20 days," said Sahbana.
