Viral on social media acts of burglary or illegal levies (extortion) on Jalan Kapuk Muara under the Kapuk Toll Road towards Dadap.

The video was recorded by a truck driver who was charged illegally from a thug in Kapuk Muara, North Jakarta.

The driver conveyed the reason why he could not give money to the young man who asked for money.

"There was no money, I was staying overnight," said the truck driver who recorded the video.

The perpetrator, who felt that his action was being recorded, immediately climbed at the wheelgate and asked the truck driver to delete the recorded photos and videos.

"What are you doing with the photos, I took your cellphone..., deleted it or not, deleted it," said the young man.

The truck driver said the young man asked for money with unreasonable reasons because the truck he was driving was from the area, so he had to pay to pass through the route.

"Regional cars entering there must pay Rp. 200 thousand," he said.
