Asked About Being Minister Again, Trade Minister Zulhas: That's Pak Prabowo's Right

JAKARTA - Trade Minister (Mendag) Zulkifli Hasan has opened his voice about the cabinet position next year, especially regarding whether he will enter the government.

The man who is familiar with Zulhas stated that determining the ministers in the cabinet is the right of the elected president, Prabowo Subianto.

"The minister is Pak Prabowo's right," he said at the Office of the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag), Jakarta, Thursday, April 25.

The General Chairperson (Ketum) of the National Mandate Party (PAN) said that whether he was active in the next cabinet, he depended heavily on the president in office.

Although, continued Zulhas, he was part of Prabowo's party.

"It's up to us to the president," he said.

Previously, Zulhas admitted that there had been no discussion about who would be included in the ranks of ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet which brought Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
