PDIP Sues The Results Of The 2024 Presidential Election To The Administrative Court, TKN Prabowo-Gibran: No Impact
JAKARTA - Secretary of TKN Prabowo-Gibran, Nusron Wahid responded to the PDI-P's move to challenge the results of the 2024 presidential election to the State Administrative Court (PTUN). Nusron assessed that this step would have nothing to do with Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka's decision as President and Vice President-elect.
Nusron reminded that there is no legal process other than the Constitutional Court. It is known, the Constitutional Court has decided to reject all lawsuits from the Paslon 01 and 03 camps.
"So there are only two elections, only two have the right to try Bawaslu first, if it is a process problem. The second is the Constitutional Court when it comes to results," said Nusron at the KPU, Wednesday, April 24.
Therefore, the Golkar politician was surprised by what problems PDIP was suing. However, Nusron admitted that he still respects the steps taken by PDIP.
"So if it's a PTUN problem, what do you want to do in the Administrative Court, right? But once again we respect the steps because it is his right as part of the nation's component to convey that," said Nusron.
However, Nusron emphasized that the lawsuit against the Administrative Court would not affect the issue of subtance, legality and legal legitimacy. Including the matter of people's legitimacy or legitimacy rather than voters themselves.
"So go ahead, but it doesn't have any impact. I think it's just in order to create and maintain their momentum in the elavitas of internal struggles. So that PDIP friends are still enthusiastic," he concluded.
It is known that the PDI-P (PDIP) respects the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) rejecting the request for the Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD camp regarding the dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election. However, the lawsuit at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) continues to fight for democracy.

"Even though the Constitutional Court failed in carrying out its functions as a bulwark of the Constitution and a bulwark of democracy, considering the nature of its final and binding decision, the PDI-P respects the Constitutional Court's decision and will continue to fight in maintaining the Constitution and fighting for democracy through democratic, honest and fair elections," said Hasto at the PDIP DPP office, Jalan Diponegoro, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, April 22.
"And fight to use every legal space including through the Administrative Court," he continued.
