Chery's Unique Way Of Presenting New Breakthroughs To Serve Consumers, Using Smart Robots

Chery has an unusual way to focus on consumer satisfaction, most recently Chery tenga is building a new consumer service ecosystem by utilizing smart robots.

At a global dealer conference that will take place on April 30, Chery will introduce Mornine, a bipedal AI-tech robot, the result of its collaboration with technology company AiMOGA. The collaboration of Chery and AiMOGA is a commitment of both parties to drive innovation and improve the quality of life through robotics technology.

"Mornine is a significant first step in the journey of this innovation and is expected to pave the way for a wider robotic application in the future," said PT Chery Sales Indonesia Head of Brand Department Rifkie Setiawan, in his official statement, Monday, April 22.

Mornine is a robot engaged in electric motors and batteries designed with a biomimetic innovation approach. This smart robot can answer the challenges of human daily life by imitating natural patterns and strategies.

This design makes Mornine look more realistic with a human-like silicon face and the ability to simulate muscle movements of the mouth and face. In fact, MINA is able to walk at a speed of 4 kilometers per hour which is also an extraordinary example in the advancement of robotics technology.

Mornine's sophistication was also presented from the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) for the ability to understand and produce language. With this, Mornine is able to interpret verbal or written orders, and answer professional questions in the automotive sector.

The presence of Mornine opens new opportunities to build an innovative customer service ecosystem. Such as information providers and product advisors, by being able to answer consumer questions about products, provide recommendations, and improve service efficiency in sales centers and automotive exhibition spaces.

In addition, Mornine can navigate and guide consumers to product locations, demonstrate products, and assist in product handling tasks.
