Mount Ruang Still Throwing Smoke, SAR Team Asks Tamulandang Residents To Refuge
JAKARTA - Mount Ruang still emits volcanic smoke to date. The Manado Search and Rescue Office (SAR) team assured residents of Tagulandang, Sitaro Islands Regency, North Sulawesi to temporarily evacuate for safety.
In a report from the Manado SAR Office Team received in Jakarta, Saturday, it was stated that the data collected with the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) team totaled 11,624 Tamulandang residents affected by the eruption of Mount Ruang.

In its implementation, the SAR team visited every resident who remained at home to check health and safety, urging them not to enter a radius of six kilometers from the active crater center, or the SAR team also convinced residents to evacuate so that it was safer.
